Sporadic at best, exceptional service though!
These things are sporadic at best, but the customer service is relentlessly positive. They responded to my bad review and I’ve erased the previous one star review I have them, due to their service. You will have to do a hard reset on them often, but they do the job while they are on and syncing with your iPhone.

UPRIGHT GO is an OUTRIGHT NO!!
I bought two of these ridiculous things directly from the manufacturer in response to an Instagram ad. I thought they were like a TENS device that actually stimulated the muscles in your back to pull the shoulders back. Apparently I’m a sucker. These things are USELESS! ... just mini-vibrators that connect via Bluetooth to a smartphone to “remind” you when you’re slouching so you straighten up. I don’t need an electronic “reminder” About my slouching; my wife has me covered there. UPRIGHT GO is an OUTRIGHT NO for me and a complete waste of money.
