Great product but deliver was a nightmare
Its a great product, worth the money. Strong build, exact as advertised, professional quality, comprehensive installation pack.However delivery was a nightmare which i believe was very badly messed up by Amazon Transport Services. This product was Amazon fulfilled and it was a nightmare to get this product delivered after numerous phone calls and correspondences. It didnt help even though the subject was escalated to Executive Customer Care team. Each time a new Amazon agent was responding and it was a pathetic situation something very similar to "Nobody is accountable for anything". Finally received the product after the day of the event for which I ordered this product and that too I had to drive to a meeting point convenient to the local Amazon delivery agent, 5kms away from my residence and personally collected the product.

Upto my expectations !!! Definitely a 5 star *****
Product was exactly as described. It is very sturdy and durable. Got an allen key to tighten the two bolts which are accountable for the up, down, clock-wise & anticlock-wise movements. There are two separate arms, each bi-folding and are very sturdy and do not sway or bend on hanging my 40" curved samsung smart UA40J6300 TV. There were plenty of bolts and attachments to fix the frame on wall and mount the tv. Hovever I fabricated a primary frame made up of angles which were harnessed on the side walls of the TV cabinet as there was only 5mm plyboard on the rear side and it would not support the load of the frame along with the tv. I mounted the frame on a 5mm iron plate which was bolted to the angle behind. I am very much satisfied. It enhanced the beauty of my cabinet and room. Thank you seller for selling a genuine product. Will buy again and recommend others too.

Good product
Good material using it for 50 inch micromax tv . The tv tilts forward after the tv is hung on this stand, that is an annoying thing.Need a hand drill with u for ease of installation

Unsuitable for 55inch TV
I used it for my 55inch tv which weighs about 15Kg. However, after installation the tv leans forward as if it is going to fall.After installation the distance between top left of TV and wall is 21cm and distance between bottom left of TV and wall in 13cm.A difference of 8cm is appreciable and dangerous too. The return period is over. Going to throw the stand in dustbin.

Fixed with help of Carpenter to my TV Stand.It is tàking 42 inch (16.5 kg) heavy weight LCD without any problem.
