Exceeded my expectations
We used this for a carnival and it was enjoyed by young and old. Loved that wheelchairs could fit through it. Will use it for other events. We did add a bubble machine as we had it outdoors and the kids loved it!

Good for short term use
Great concept. Very hard to put together. Poles bend/break easily. Fabric rips when poles are inserted. Need at least three people - four is better to put together. Expensive for the number of times it can be used.

Kids love this!
This tunnel is super cute, looks just like the pic and the kids loved it! I used it indoors for a Halloween party. I put it at the end of our inflatable haunted house so the kids went through the house and ended up in the tunnel. It is tall enough for all of the kids (and some adults). I can't wait to use this outside this Summer. Some day I may purchase another one and make a longer tunnel.

Kids loved it, but broken within 2 uses
Love the size and our campers loved the tunnel but two of the rods used to hold the tunnel up broke and the fabric ripped within two uses of the tunnel. Disappointed in the quality of the product.

Needs decent directions
The item is great,kids loved it. The problem is the directions are horrible and not even usable. However, I called customer service and received great assistance and was able to get it assembled. Do not know why so many products fair in providing usable, easy to follow directions in the box.

Poles melted within a couple hours of being outside
The plastic of the olowsy melted. Made it pop up a d ripped holes in the fabric. Also the rope In the poles is very flimsy and broke off in multiple places. I used this twice....second time is when loles mted a d it was before the party. Have t been able to reach seller on replacement or refund
