Nice lids

I use my canning lids to make salad dressings and cute gifts for friends. These lids look and work better then the traditional canning lids. They are one piece so they are much easier to take on and off and clean. When I use these for homemade salad dressing I can shake with the lids on and it doesn't make a mess. Great lids for gift giving for ease of use.I wish they came in a few more colors.

I have been using plastic storage container to freeze sauce and soup in. I hated how hard they were to clean and got stained and ruined so quickly. So, I decided to use mason jars. I came across these lids, and wow am I happy I did! These fit perfect, do not leak, have a great seal and wash off clean. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a different mason jar lid. I got the red as it being my kitchen theme color.

These lids are lightweight. They work fine and seem like they will last a long while. However, they are a bit of a wonky fit so you have to spin the lid to just the right spot before screwing it on. If you have liquid in the jar and turn it sideways with the lid on, it will leak a bit. It is fine for covering a liquid in the fridge, but I use mason jars to keep staples in my pantry, such as brown sugar, nuts, etc. I will continue to use sealing lids and rings for those so I know things are air tight and staying fresh.

I purchased these lids as an alternative to the standard two-piece mason jar canning lid.They seal well, are airtight, and don't leak.So far, the silicon seal has held up well after several washes, and the color on the lid has not worn or scratched - they still look new.The only negative for me is color choice. These were only available in red, black, or white (in wide mouth lids). I would have liked to get these in silver (like the regular mouth lids).

We use mason jars for all of our pantry products, regular and wide mouth. We also use them for all our leftovers and for canning as well. We do not use these lids for canning, but we do use them for our pantry jars and for leftovers.They. Are. Awesome. I don't know why I didn't order them sooner. They are easier to clean because its only one piece, they seal great, and they don't scratch and rust like the ones that are 2 separate pieces. I really love these for our everyday use of mason jars!I ordered these (wide mouth) and I also ordered regular mouth lids as well. The regular mouth jar lids came in a pack of 30 for $18.99, these wide mouth only came in a pack of 12 for $14.95 which was a disappointing. I got 18 more lids for only $4.04 more! I really wish these were available at a better price point, comparable to the regular mouth jars and in a larger pack. But, I love these lids, I'll order them again, time and time again but continue to hope they become available in a larger pack at at a better, more comparable price!

I use canning jars for general food storage because the smell of plastic bothers me. These lids fit my assorted jars (Mason and Kerr wide mouth ranging from half pint to half gallon) just fine for shelf and refrigerator storage. They seal well enough to keep things from going stale or leaking odors and are easy to operate one-handed.They are much easier to deal with than the canning lids and rings.I haven’t run them through the dishwasher so can’t speak to that. The canning rings tend to rust easily, so I’ve been slowly replacing them (adding a box of these each time I need to get to the free shipping minimum).And I’m not sure how well these will freeze so I’ll probably stick to lids and rings for that.

I wouldn't use these for canning or vacuum sealing, but when I open a jar that's been vacuum sealed, or canned, these work for closing the jar temporarily until I've used the contents. The silicone seal is applied to the lid, so it isn't a disc that needs to be removed when washing. Well packaged, so none were damaged. BUT...even though they were marked as "in stock", it was a week before they were shipped, and arrived three days after that. A total of ten days for delivery. If I could find these locally, I'd buy locally.

very good quality, and i like that the rubber rings are removable so they can be easily cleaned. would buy again
