Delta faucets are the best and the only way to go when shopping for a faucet.

Love the quality of Delta faucets.

Pretty much what I expected for 50 bucks. The inlets and valves are brass. The body and valve handles are cheap plastic. Spout is real metal but a bit flimsier than expected.To the people complaining about the spray pattern -- maybe call a pro next time, you don't know what you are doing. Delta has a model that include a diffuser like a regular sink faucet (model 2133LF), and this model which has a wide open end with a hose attachment (2131LF) which yes, will spray madly in every direction if you turn it on high with no hose or diffuser. If you want the best of both worlds, you also need to purchase a separate diffuser with a 3/4" female garden hose connection, or a regular sink diffuser with an adapter.

This was a replacement for a really old faucet on my basement laundry sink that started leaking.It's a nice faucet, looks good and works fine. It was easy to install with no surprises.I needed a faucet that I could hook a garden hose up to when needed and this fit the bill. Once installed I found out that I really needed an aerator on the spout in order to get a consistent stream of water that didn't splash all over the place. Take a look at the spout in the pics provided by Amazon above. See the threaded end of the spout where the garden hose attaches? That's an adapter and it unscrews from the spout and the threads that are used to screw this adapter onto are the same threads that a regular aerator uses...So I didn't need to buy the $12 aerator adapter at all! I could have just unscrewed that threaded ring and screwed a regular aerator onto it as I have a bunch of those things.Oh well. Live and learn. Take my advice, unless you want to spend more than you have too.

When you turn the water to a decent flow, it comes out in a turbulent wide flow that splashes everywhere and won't fill a narrow mouth container. Of course you don't know this until it's already installed. I have never ever had a faucet do this. Would never buy again but don't want to pay the plumber to come back and uninstall it.

Not exactly what I thought but still a real decent faucet. It said it was made of brass & chrome. The only brass I seen was a nut. Things just aren't made like they use to be. So far it has worked just fine, and the plumber said it will probably last at least 20 years. That was good enough for me.
