Injen Technology X-1030 Air Filter Cleaning Kit

Wow, are you ever lucky to be reading this review. You have stumbled upon the best filter and filter cleaning whatever crap to exist in the universe. I've used many kinds of filters and recharge kits, but this one truly does work. Once you switch to Injen's patented magic etc. technology to clean their magic etc. patented technology filters, there is absolutely no way you will go back to those terrible frigging paper filters ever again. This stuff recharged and cleaned my old filter and I've been using it for like a damn year. Paper filters explode when they touch water (science!) but these shrug it all off and keep on performing with performance. When you clean your filter though, be sure to leave yourself a decent amount of time for the filter to dry, because you have to hose all the bugs and unicorns that got stuck in there from your driving and unicorn collisions. I would absolutely recommend this product with the Injen brand filters, they are the best filter/filter recharge kits I've used, and I won't use anything else on my car to keep it running.

Wow this stuff really works! Cleaning kit was fairly easy to use, the tack oil is a little tricky because it can be messy to use. Definitely an outdoor project, use the oil sparingly as a little goes a long way!

It's been a while since I had to purchase Injen's Air Filter Cleaner kit and they made a few tweaks as to the application of the oil for the filter. It's something I need to get used to a bit now, but it's actually easier this way. The product works like always, but I had a busted cap on the cleaner solution when it came in the mail. Not something too serious, but makes it tedious when I need to spray the cleaning solution on the filter. There's probably other cleaning kits out there, but since my filter is Injen, I feel more comfortable sticking to the brand when it comes to cleaning something my car really needs. Also, rather than waiting for that filter to get cleaned and fully oiled, I recommend buying a 2nd filter so you can swap the dirty one with a clean, oiled, filter.

as expected the the cleaner works GREAT. my car is purring like a kitten and power is back up again. but as with any air filter cleaner, MAKE SURE you follow the directions to the T....

THIS WORKS GREAT FOR SERVICING YOUR FILTER. HOWEVER IT IS MESSY AND IS BEST DONE OUTDOORS OR IN AND AREA WHERE STRAINS ARE NOT AN ISSUE. THE OIL STRAINS VERY EASY AND IS A PAIN TO GET ONTO THE FILTER EVENLY. I GOT MY KIT IN A DAMGED STATE. THE OIL AND CLEANING SPRAY BOTH WERE LEAKING. I STILL HAD AND STILL HAVE PLENTY OF BOTH LEFT BUT I WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT GETTING ITEMS FOR THAT RETAILER AGAIN.

Wish I saw the reviews before buying. I hope you do. I ruined my blue filters. Injen says 6 months to deliver. Thank you so much seller for informing us. Not to mention the color in the bottle on your photo shows it’s blue. Product comes red and blue doesn’t need to be oiled

DO NOT buy this oil and cleaner for the blue Injen nano filters or it will permanently ruin that filter's paper restricting air flow to your engine. Only buy this oil and cleaner for the red Injen filters that are made to be oiled. Btw if you want to spray the oil onto the filter then just remove the spray nozzle from the cleaner bottle, spray the amount of cleaner that's inside the sprayer into the cleaner bottle to not waste any of it, then screw the sprayer into the oil bottle. Spray close to the filter within 3" or oil will go everywhere due to the wide spray making for a messy cleanup. Spray toward table covered with paper towels to catch overspray.
