I like to drink Matcha in the morning to help boost my energy. This tea has the perfect mix of herbs which are also beneficial for other things like digestion and inflammation! The flavor is very pleasant with a very light sweetness to it; what I notice most is the ginger, fennel, cinnamon, and lemon! I will definitely purchase this again!
