These are a good price. Seem to have decent quality. I bought this for my late father's vehicle that my mother has to maintain and he beleived he should keep with Delco parts. These filters fit like they should,functionality meets manufacturers requirements.

These are not PF46 filters but PF46E
These are not the classic PF46 but the PF46E made by Champion Labs. These have paper not metal end caps and a plastic support core not metal. I am really surprised GM decided these are ok to put the AC Delco name on them. The ones I received had a multilingual box possibly for the international market. If you want to use one of these cheap filters you can get the same filter under the Super Tech brand and save a few dollars but I would never put one of these on any of my vehicle's. Goes without saying I sent them right back and the return was hassle free.
