This whip is a great whip to start out with, but you will have to still be careful for due to a weak core, the whip can break without using it that hard. The leather is pretty nice and the whip itself has a nice weight to it but again I personally dislike the core which is made up of ball bearings. Also the first one lasted me for one time then came apart at the core, had to exchange, you get what you pay for especially when you only pay $40 for it.Side Note: I would never spend close to a $100 for this whip, It would be way over priced and for that price, I would suggest a nylon rope instead from Snakewhips.com.

The item was as expected and seems a serviceable whip. Not a toy. Nor is it meant to be a short bullwhip. It is very fast in action - eye protection is to be strongly recommended to inexperienced users I see it widely advertised on the internet at widely varying prices. It is VERY good value at the price I paid for it on Amazon.

Badly made rope core whip. Will be very complicated to change out the original cracker. Leather is low quality cow hide, not roo.

Great product! Unhappy with shopping to post office but it worked out.

It broke near the handle.

This whip is very well made, but the last foot is not made to last. It came apart after cracking it a few times, and now my whip is only 3ft long. oh well the rest is still very nice. I contacted the seller about the last foot coming apart, they were very helpful and sent me a new one. I have found that a little black tape on the last two knots will keep this whip from falling apart.

leider fielen bei der ersten Lieferung schon Metall Kügelchen aus dem Griff.Wurde aber anstandslos ausgetauscht und jetzt habe ich noch keine weiteren Ausfälle.
