Cute, easy set up and the removable silicone cup/tray is a smart choice. Although I do use the product without the silicone piece because it does heat faster without it.

I use this during my work day and have it plugged in 7-4. I got the USB Mini melter so that when we return to the office for work, I can use it there since we cannot have any type of candle or flame. I love the concept but I've noticed that only about 1/3-1/2 of the top actually gets hot to melt the wax. I use the silicone insert and just turn it when once side has melted. Once the wax is hot, it usually stays liquid but if I don't turn the silicone holder, one side doesn't melt. I really wanted to love this but I can't give it 5 stars for that flaw.

I used wax from a candle that I had because I can’t have candles in my dorm. The wax melter melted the wax pretty well, but the scent wasn’t strong at all, and I’ve used the candle before and the scent was strong.

It didn’t get very hot and took forever to melt wax, but at least it worked...for just over a month. It stopped working completely right after the return window closed.

This is a great little wax warmer. I read the reviews pretty thoroughly for the plug in, this mini usb warmer, and the larger sized warmer of the Happy Wax brand and decided on this one because of the price. I am happy with it overall, but there are a few things I’ve noticed after using it for a week. The silicone dish had a burn mark show up after the first day. I had it plugged in for about 4 hours and the mark was there on the underside after I pooped the cooled wax out. The ceramic by the usb connection port on the warmer itself is a bit wonky, like it was hastily made. I’ve included pictures of both. Overall I am happy though, I haven’t had any issues with wax buildup left behind on the silicone. I do leave it to cool completely before I attempt to remove it, which could be the issue with other reviewers. I unplug it and the next time I try to use it, it’s completely cooled and comes off perfectly. It’s a great little size and fills up both my kitchen and living room with the scents. I’m sure you could use any brand of wax, which was my plan initially, but these little soy bear wax melts from happy wax are so great and last a really long time, I probably won’t need to buy more for a while.

Love the style. I bought 2. One broke within one hour of use. No cords will connect directly to the machine. The other one broke after a month of light use. Scents only travel a few feet.

Never worked. Light comes on but it never heats up.

I had hoped it would work with the USB port on my television set. So I could hide the cord. It does not. So I had to buy an adapter to use in a regular outlet. Otherwise, it's fine.
