I used this product for many years. My bride liked it and it was refreshing for me to use. Unfortunately, it disappeared from the shelves of the shops where I shopped. I was very pleased to once again find this product.

Large size and great value for the price

Canoe is such a classic fragrance from when I was younger. I remember getting it as a gift many times, but for some reason the Cologne or the Eau de toilette really didn't work well for me, perhaps my body chemistry. I had gotten the aftershave a few years ago in a set with the EDT and I really liked the way it smelled, some people said it smelled like cotton candy. I also got compliments on how it smelled on me so that was a good sign. As that bottle has been running low, I saw this and I realized it's a good value. The only thing about Canoe is that, as many reviewers have posted, is that the formulation seems to be constantly in flux. Even this bottle that I got I would say that the scent is lighter than the smaller one I got 3-4 years ago, even the color appears slightly lighter. That in itself is not a bad thing at all. This one has the fragrance notes that one expects in Canoe, just a little bit lighter. I enjoy wearing it.

My husband has used this aftershave for many years-we both like the scent and he says it has a refreshing sting.

As anyone can see in the picture the bottles are not the same. The one on the left is the one I ordered several years ago and the bottle has the colored Canoe emblem. The one on the right is the recent purchase and you can barely read the label. Comparing the fragrance, my original canoe has the pleasant scent I have used for many years. The recent purchased canoe has very little scent, mostly an alcohol smell with very little canoe fragrance. I am disappointed in this product and would not recommend purchasing it. I believe I received the toilet water instead of the aftershave even though the writing on the bottle says aftershave.

This is a very pleasant aftershave (you get a very big bottle for the price). The smell is lovely, subtle, with woody tones. I bought it for my Husband, and he likes it very much- so do I.

Tiene muy bonito aroma. Fresco. La vainilla combinada con el cítrico y el heliotropo hace que huela un poco parecido a la toronja. No es dulce, es un poco de dulce pero muy fresca y se siente como si tuviera mentol, es decir, es fresca. El aroma no es fuerte, sino es discreto. La botella es muy bonita, es pesada.

This is not the same Canoe of 20 years ago. I won’t buy it again.
