If you're just getting into photography you probably don't have enough money to purchase an expensive camera. Instead of purchasing a camera I decided to start out with my smartphone.This camera rig allows you use your phone camera to it's full potential when taking photos. The rig has tonnes of 1/4 inch threaded holes on every side of the rig allowing you to attach it to sliders, tripods and just about any other piece of photography or video equipment.It also comes with a small inbuilt bubble level allowing you to get the rig perfectly flat when mounting it on something.Fitting your phone is easy. Simply clamp it in place and adjust the position in the two axis to line it up with the lens thread. The rig takes two sizes of lenses that will fit most small lenses that you can get for smartphones. The rig also comes with a convenient grip allowing you to hold the rig steadily. It also comes with places to mount other accessories such as lights.

Fantastic bit of kit, it may be a beastgrip imitator, but (almost) all the functionality at a fraction of the cost is amazing. You get a 17mm and 37mm threaded mount, but be careful with the size lens you use on the 37mm thread as if too big it won't screw on due to the plastic grip. If you're into mobile film making, this tool is invaluable, plenty of screw mounts around and 2 cold shoe mounts. Used with a Pixel 2.

Compatible with the Galaxy S8 this filming rig is really quite good. It has mounting threads all over so you can position the phone on a tripod in pretty much any orientation. The ability to add lenses is good (but I am unsure where to buy these from?). I will add a light to the rig in the future I think, this will be perfect for some product videos I am looking to create.

Great value for money. Well made quality product. More features than other similar products on the market. Features that some charge extra for. Highly recommended.
