ContinentalElite 4061015 OE Technology Series Multi-V Belt

I purchased this belt to replace an aging OEM Mopar belt for routine maintenance. Amazon packaged it in a large box with plenty of paper so it came in perfect condition. The quality of the belt is outstanding and I can already hear a an excellent improvement in sound and stability. The belt is designed with a cross-cut pattern of ribs which allows it to run quieter and cooler, thus prolonging belt life and reducing slippage. I will say it is slightly harder to install than an OEM belt due to the design but it is worth the extra money and brawn needed to install it. I highly recommend this to those of you who, like myself,love to take great care in their car maintenance.

Ordered this serpentine belt due to noise issues on my wifes 07 Dodge. The product works as promised, no noise, very happy and the best part is my wife is very happy. I would recommend this product to anyone that is having a belt noise issue.

I frequently look towards aftermarket vendors whenever it comes time to replacing something on my car, but still want OEM performance and durability or better. This Gatorback belt I hope will live up to its claims because the cross-hatch design really does make a lot of sense for decreased heat which will add to its longevity.I had a squeal whenever I would start up the car in the morning, and now that squeal has disappeared. The engine is also more responsive, something that I can't quite put in words but its something you can definitely feel while driving. I can't contribute this to the product itself as I needed a belt replacement regardless.No problems with fitment.

I went threw belts once every couple months. Since I've installed this belt I've not had to replace it yet. 6+ months

The belt material feels great and I expect it to run for a while, does not feel like a regular rubber like many other belts do.

I've owned two of these belts which I've used on my 2010 Dodge Journey. The first belt would start to chirp and squeak when the weather started turning cold or wet, which was a little disappointing since the description for this product indicates that it's designed not to do so. A little over a year later I replaced the belt with the second of these belts since the first one was showing signs of wear. This one didn't squeak or chirp at all so I was pretty happy. 21 days later the belt shredded on a cold wet morning (it had gotten below freezing the night before). I don't know why it shredded, but I'm wondering if these belts don't perform well in cold or wet weather, or if they just have defects.

Product fitted perfectly on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata, 2.4L GLS. Kind of a pain in the butt to install following Chilton book, but the the gator belt ran perfectly the first time with no issues. Previous manufacturers belt lasted ~135,000 miles so it will be interesting to see if this one lasts as long.

My A/C compressor seized and caused me belt to break, when it got everything fixed I went with this belt because I know the brand means quality. For a belt, this is nice. Does the job. Not loud or squeaky
