I opened it and started to use one of them suddenly the wax part fell out by it self I didn't use it yet !

Awesome for picking up all my gems. I am a face painter & I would not be without this wonderful instrument.I always keep an extra in my art stash. I highly recommend this product!! Great Price too!

Mostly a mess.
Hard to use with the wax always glopping up. Had to remove most of the wax ball, and just leave a little point to pick up small crystals. Too much pressure and the crystal will not come off and smears glue everywhere. Then clean your crystal again and try to remove glue and globs of wax. Must be an easier way to do this!
