I normally don't bother with reviews unless I am trying to save customers from having the same NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE that I usually get, but not this time. THESE WORK! I'm on my 3rd bottle and about to order my fourth and I've lost over 20 pounds in 4-5 months with these alone . They give me energy, take away craving and if you read up on what raspberry keytones do.. they breakdown fat.. they most definitely did that for me.. I went from a size 10 to a size 2... So I definitely recommend these.

I can't decide if it's this product that makes me eat less frequently or my boyfriend that slaps food out of my hand. Either way, weight loss is happening

I know we are all trying to lose weight and find that perfect supplement, but if you are a Type 2 diabetic and monitoring your blood sugar you may want to try this product. There have been studies done that raspberry ketones are useful in lowing blood sugar. I have only been taking these a couple of days, but have noticed significantly lower blood sugar. Of course you have watch what you are eating and monitor your sugar, but these seem to work for me. It is too soon to tell if they are helping me lose weight, so I will continue using the product and re-post about the weight loss results at a latter date. I have noticed that they also seem to help me with snack/sugar cravings. Hope this helps someone!

These smelled great like raspberries, wanted to love them but unfortunately had to return them. A few days of taking them, I took 1-2 tablets recommended a day, I had heart palpitations and if you have high blood pressure or any other pressure related issues in your body, these type of vitamins are not good for you, please take precaution for your health. Just eat real raspberries and good healthy diet real vegetables and fruits. May be someone who is already fit and no known health problems they can take these, but i already have blood pressure and this vitamin was too strong for me and caused heart palpitations. Had to return it to amazon.
