I really like the Thin mouth guard from this company. It has worked very well for me. I would highly recommend ordering the Thin mouth guard as opposed to the Sports mouth guard if you are using this for everyday use at bedtime. It is very comfortable to use and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this product.

I was excited to try this type of mouth guard and get my teeth whitened too!Unfortunately it came in a non-tamper evident bag (zip lock sandwich baggy) and the teeth whitening stuff either had been stolen from it or was not included at all!I began by going to the long webpage listed on the zip lock baggy that it came in and then it wanted me to enter my email and name... Oh well... I guess I'll just follow the directions. Unfortunately they are rather hard to follow, sometime rambling on, so my first guard ended up destroyed.The second one came out a little better, but it didn't feel right and clearly wasn't formed right or maybe its not big enough, so I tried again, this time it began falling apart like the other reviewer had happen!!Bottom line this is a $0.10 piece of poorly formed plastic with some poorly translated papers in a sandwich bag. I sure hope I can get my money back!!

This mouth guard is good because it is thin, not bulky like many others on the market.I have been using night mouth guards for years and has always been easy to mold them. However, even after watching the video and following the instructions, the mold did not come out well. The marks of my teeth on the mouth guard were minimal. But I did not care much, because the product is thin and protects my teeth well anyway. Though I noticed that after a few nights, the marks of my teeth were much more pronounced on the mouth guard, so I suggest not to worry much about not achieving a perfect mold, because it looks like the material will be shaped naturally with a couple nights of use.This mouth guard is also very comfortable because it braces the teeth all the way to the last one (at least in my case).The only issue about the wearability of this product is that it reaches high on the gums, which feels a little uncomfortable when waking up in the morning. I may cut it.Overall I do recommend this product.

Hard to form. Fit in mouth and comfortable, but only used for a few nights as it kept coming out in my sleep. Not the worse product I’ve used tho.

This product came with two guards that you custom fit after softening the mouth guard in hot water. The printed instructions and very detailed and after watching the video of the fitting of the product I was confident that I could get a good result. I am glad that I took the time to do that as by following the instructions exactly as outlined, my first time came out perfect and I have a second guard for future use. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this product again and highly recommend it. Well worth the money spent.

I previously ordered the ProDental Thin and Trim 3 pack and was able to get a good fit and really have enjoyed using the thin mouth guards to prevent my teeth grinding and clenching. Unfortunately my dog got ahold of that set and destroyed them all. I guess we named him Rowdy for a reason! I will be a lifetime user of these mouth guards as they are the best ones I’ve found out of all the brands I have tried.

The set comes with two mouthguards. After following the directions, the first guard was a bust. The second one that I tried was better but still fit a little loose. I tried sleeping with it the first night and it irritated the inside of my mouth on my right inner cheek and gum line. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to take it off. Can't return.

It says “thin” but it’s still pretty thick in my opinion.
