Dunlopillo 43.2 cm diameter Cushion Ring

I bought this cushion to help with bottom pain following surgery for bowel cancer. I have tried memory foam and pressure relief cushions and mattress's, but none gave much relief from this as you are still sitting on the painful bit. This cushion offers great support and relief in the area needed. The foam is good quality and when sitting the coxys area is free from any pressure. I rate this 5 star as so far this is the best and most comfortable cushion I have found.

My husband has suffered from a pressure sore and I bought him a cheap kids rubber ring to see if it would help. It did, but it didn't last long so found this cushion ring and bought on the strength of the reviews. It was good value for money, and my husband finds it very comfortable and his pressure sore is healing well. I would recommend the cushion to others suffering from pressure sores or piles. The only downside is that it would have been nice if it came with a removable/washable cover, but I put it in a pillow case to keep it clean.

Got this for a health issue a few years ago, in anticipation of post recovery from surgery.I had a large lump in an embarrassing place. I was struggling to sit as the lump had too much pressure.The donut shape was ideal as the space in the middle meant nothing pressing where it hurt.I had the operation which was to remove it & I had a lot of stiches.The cushion was a godsend in the car coming home from hospital.It is a firm cushion, which in the car, lifts you up about 2 inches, but I am a passenger, so it did not matter.It was a great cushion for the weeks I was recovering. It would be great after having a baby too.It comes as a plain basic ring in a bag. I put it in a standard cushion cover which I had spare to match my other regularcushions, so no one noticed it being different. I have had it nearly 2 years & it is just as good.I still use it as my sofa is a bit saggy. Partner & kids take the mickey out of me for keeping it, but I love it.

The cushion itself is perfect but you can only have bad feelings towards a company that charge the same price again for the cover, considering the material, purpose and colour of the actual cushion. You would think at that price the cover must be of very high quality, instead its flimsy. cheap and doesnt even fit!! Appalling attitude by company as they must know a cover is essential for long term use and for it to not even fit is unspeakably negligent, the whole reason people buy one of these is because they are in pain and discomfort, so returning the cover within the time scale is unlikely to happen.As other reviewers have stated dont waste your money on the cover, just put a pillow case over it, not very nice to have sitting in your living room but better than it sitting there getting dirtier and dirtier.

got this for sitting on my computer chair as it gets uncomfortable after a while,it feels ok at the mo,but it has only just arrived,so dont know what its like after prolonged use but i hope its still comfy,UPDATE been using this a while now and i must say its has been a very good buy,i can sit on my chair for a long time without fidgeting about to get comfy,well worth investing in one of these cushions,makes sitting at the computer easy now,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This dunlopillo is very comfortable. I use it because I need to be sat upright to sleep, so have to sit in the armchair at night. I use it to prevent pressure on the base of my spine and believe it is working. The only reason I did not give a five is because, there was a slight split in it when it arrived and within two nights has spread to a 5 inch split. I think this will probably continue to split and then will break open the ring and be rendered unusable. However, this is partly my fault because I should have returned the item immediately, but circumstances prevented me from doing this and now I have lost the paperwork.

I brought this for a friend who was suffering with a lot of pain and needed something to ease it before an operation, She said it was instant relief and she doesn't know how she would of cope without it, she had tried different manufactures and they didn't help a fraction to this one. my friend has since had her operation and use the cushion to help with the healing of stitches. all in all she said she wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product.And in no way affiliated with this Company.If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I bought this to use after an operation 'down below'. The ring seems well made and can't fault it there but alas I found it uncomfortable and it made my back ache. It is also rather thick so I found it hard to find a suitable seating position. So I stopped using it. Never mind was worth a try.
