Heavy tape dispenser
A heavy tape dispenser with smooth plastic body that stays in place when pulling tape. Smaller core (25mm) fits inside outer core does not fit Sellotape small reels (28mm) but fits Scotch small reels (25mm). Outer reel (75mm) fits Sellotape large reels.
