Introduction to CATIA V6 Release 2012 Paperback – September 28, 2011

Some exercises could be more detailed. In particular, including units in assignment dimensions and labeling views (for chapter 2) would be more practical. The book does give a good workflow and shows / describes the required steps clearly in the provided tutorials. This book is good for people who already have a CAD background, but need to upgrade to V6. For beginning users, the learning curve may be a bit steep, as the book doesn't really elaborate on the "Why?" but more on the "How". For people looking for more in depth knowledge on CAD in general, I would not recommend getting this book.

good book to get familiar with CATIA V6. This book provides a good base to further practice on CATIA and build on your practice hrs.

Haven't really got very far into it because of this propagation issue. If you can't save your work, you wont get past chapter one.
