I guess I am too tall.
I bought the Pro Junior about a month ago and found it to be easy to assemble and worked pretty good but being 6' 7" tall, it would not go up high enough for me. I called the company and they were very understanding saying that it is really designed for people up to 6' 2". They sent me a return label and refunded my money the same day, so that was nice. Does anyone know of a product that will go up high enough for me?

Great Product and Phenomenal Customer Service
I read about this product in The Wirecutter article on standing desks and tried 4 out for our office. The've been awesome and we just ordered 4 more. In addition to the I deal with dozens of vendors every month and this company is absolutely the best customer service I've had in a while.Great product, super cool peeps. I'll always buy from this company, total recommend.

Might not work if you're taller
I'm 5'10" and this desk is a tiny bit too short for me in the highest position. If you are a tall person it probably won't work for you. If I take off my shoes I can get comfortable so I give it 3 stars. Ideally, I would work with my sneakers on while standing on my anti-fatigue mat. With this unit that's a no go.

Great idea, shoddy workmanship, unforgivably bad customer service
I ordered they hybrid model, made to hold a laptop and a 24 inch monitor. The unit is slick looking, modern and really kind of cool. Putting it together was fairly simple and I was excited to get to work with it.Upon closer inspection though, I noticed that the left and right sides of the bars were not in alignment. One side was more than a half inch lower than the other. Any engineer would tell you that this will make movement quite diicult as you try to raise or lower the desktop (think of an older house with windows that don't quite sit evenly in the frame anymore and how hard it is to move them).I called the company and the owner answered the phone, which is a cause for concern all by itself. I explained that it was somewhat difficult to raise the unit but that lowering it required pushing it down with extreme forse, sometime 3-4 times before it would move. Meanwhile everything on the entire desk was violently rattled. The owner first implied that I put it together incorrectly and said that he had heard the same complaint before and knew what I had done wrong. However, after checking the 2-3 things he thought it might be, several times, he then decided that I was using it incorrectly. After that he told me that my expectations were too high and I should ship it back.He was pompous and condesending, and I was annoyed and let him know so.I shipped it back and he wrote to say that it was working properly and he refunded my money, with a nice little jab at the end that said what You wanted was the ease of use of an electric desk, so I should go buy one.I'm sure that buying the single monitor version would be better as all the weight would be centered, which would help with the poor pre-assembly they do.Mine did not come close to working the way it is shown on their video...kind of how McDonalds shows a beautiful burger with fresh vegitables during a commercial, but what you get is nothing like that!I hope another company creates something similar, but with smarter engineers and friendlier phone support.

Would recommend to a friend
I am very happy with the Kangaroo Pro Junior and would agree with other customers' positive reviews. It is easy to assemble, goes up and down well, and seems sturdy and well-crafted.My only concern is that, when in the standing position, the monitor is too close to my face. I have a widescreen monitor, so I find myself turning or holding my head to the side more frequently in order to get the whole view on my screen. One of the reasons I purchased this desk was to help alleviate neck strain, so it has been a challenge to figure out a new system. I would prefer to have my monitor 4-6 inches further away from my face.

Highly recommended.
Well built. Well designed. Does as it is advertised. Shipment was well packed. Slow delivery but they warn on their website they were back-ordered. Only draw back is paying for extensions. Not their fault, this is the junior model after all. Highly recommended.

Easy to use and sleek design !
The desktop model is sturdy and stable enough. Easily moves from sitting to standing position and back... I have a wider ergonomic keyboard, so it doesn't leave much mouse room, but it's okay...

Very good product, with some reservations
First of all, this product does what it is supposed to do very well. Fully adjustable and the adjustments are easily made. It is pretty stable even at full height, particularly with the stabilizer leg in place. I looked at a lot of other options, and while this isn't the cheapest option, it works the best for my situation (wanted something convertible, but have to work with an existing immovable desk). The Kangaroo Pro Junior provides a big enough surface for a standard keyboard with a little room left over to the side for a mouse. If you've got a bulkier keyboard, or you prefer a little bit bigger workspace, go for the kangaroo pro. I would NOT recommend the available detachable side work surfaces, I stuck mine in a closet after a few minutes of trying it out. They slope downward and don't latch securely. That particular component is poorly engineered in my opinion. One gripe with this company, and I guess it's a small one but it does strike me as a bad way of doing business, is that they bill the full amount to your card when you place the order and then don't ship for several weeks. Now if this were some sort of custom product, I could understand that, but this thing doesn't even come in more than one color. If you don't have any inventory and need those weeks to catch up to your orders, fine, but bill when you ship like every other reputable retailer out there. Doing it this way gives a sense of unease to the customer (does to me at least), like the business is skating on thin ice.I'd still recommend the product though, with high marks for functionality and flexibility.
