Can't comment on originality (as noted by someone on amazon.com) as this is my first purchase of this product. I use an expensive Saphir conditioner for my other expensive shoes but chose this product for the shoes which i use regularly. Yes! It has a little runny consistency but works fine on my black and tan shoes. Adds a little glossy effect to the shoes after cleaning with Saddle soap and conditioning. Happy so far.

I love this product!! I resell my purses and patent leather has always been a challenge to clean. I used a lot of home products and commercial products that failed miserably. Finally I viewed a couple YouTube videos that featured this Cadillac product. The left photo is the “before.” The right photo in the red chair is the “after.” It’s hard to see how shiny it is now after applying the cleaner - but I can see the huge difference. No longer dull. I’m very happy & satisfied. Recommend this product very highly!!

After looking for ages for an effective leather cleaner/conditioner I found this gem. Worked nicely on very dry and slightly damaged leather on my 12 y.o Louis Vuitton handbag. Unfortunately tried many other products before finding this, which either stained or dried the leather. (Especially another one sold as do it all handbag cleaning kit). This is all you need. Recommend for all handbags expensive or not. :)
