Sturdy Railing
Instructions were clear about how to adjust for different size steps. Sturdy and nice railing. The hardware was not in box, but, seller was quick to send missing hardware. That was appreciated! We actually ordered another one!

Parasleeve bolts
Why use 6” anchor bolts when 4” is about max brick and concrete patio depth?? 31/2” parasleeve(3/8”) bolts work better and tighter.

Our contractor had no problems installing these. Didn't take long at all and they are sturdy and look great!

Good product.
Installation is really easy one with basic home tools. Only thing I would recommend is to mark holes and to drill it while whole rail assembly removed. It would let you to make holes for Tapcons exactly vertical. When rail assembly is in the place there are not too much clearance for hummer drill .

Great product, instructions could be tweaked
It was/ is really well made and can’t be faulted from a manufacturing point of view. I found the feet/ base covers to be deceivingly hard to assemble and put in place. Finally I would have liked if there had been some mounting instructions specific for the type material the the rail was being installed upon. The installation guide indicated some type of wooden steps like decking but was installing into brick which required a bit a adaptation.
