I like it. Shopped around a long time to find one reasonably priced and that would fit. I’m 5’6 usually wear a size 18/20 but I’m heavier now so closest to the 20. Based off the size chart I decided to get the 6x. It’s a good fit. Kinda snug but not too snug. I can workout in it. I feel like I could have maybe gotten the 5x but then it may have been too tight to move enough to work out in. So I’m happy with this one. Well made. Secure. Nothing rolls up like my other sweat belts have done. It totally stays in place. Even with some sweat. I highly recommend if you’re look for a plus size belt like this.

I’m a pretty solid girl and my natural waist measurements is 44.5 in., so I took a chance and I’m so happy I did it pulls you in and the straps stay in place while I was working out. The media could not be loaded.  If you measure yourself and follow the size chart this is perfect especially for the price. Went from a 6x to a 4x ( which is now getting to be too big) in 3 months. Definitely recommend them if you workout and have back problems.IG @_kristine_april

Ok so the measurements were correct on their list. I'm 5'5, 266 lbs and long torso. The belly never helps. Any girdle is always too short for my belly at the bottom. Haven't found one that covers all the stomach area yet. Most of my weight is at the stomach so it still did 3X better than any other. Looks like it's made from good materail. I would still recommend.

I'm 210 lbs, ordered an XL. Fits like a glove. First day I had to have help to put it on, but i've learned to start zipping it up in the smaller part of my torso, and as I zip, i pull down until i've zipped it all. Love that I can control the pressure with the velcro belts. Yes I would recommend.

Hi,So I was a little weary about ordering this product. I’m 5’4-5’5 and weighed about 240. I ordered a 5xl and it was a great fit! I used this for about a week and weigh now 231 (changed food and doing a 30 days workout challenge). It helps with posture as well!

This trainer has so much potential, really sucks you in and makes your midsection sweat!!! I wear it 4 times a week during my 12 hour shift, but the material isn’t sturdy. At least 4 of the steels rods have started coming out and poking me, I’m not sure if it’s because I have a larger bottom but the bottom of the trainer rolls up into an uncomfortable position. It’s a good product but you get the quality you pay for.
