Seems to be working well...
I take one a day sometimes less. I'm allergic to most seafood and I can't take fish oil. I use this to get in my omega 3's. Seems to be working well for me. Easy to swallow. I'm not sure I feel a difference, but I'm going to continue taking.

My daily supplement for years now
Research showed that flaxseed oil had some benefit and I was facing high cholesterol problems. I bought this with the approval of my physician and began taking at the same time I modified my diet. The doctor liked flaxseed oil over fish oil due to the potential for fish oil to have high levels of mercury. It has been five years now since I began taking this supplement and my cholesterol dropped from 280 to 88. I am taking medicine for this and also made changes in my diet and exercise. While I don't credit this supplement for all of the improvement it remains part of my daily regimen. I've never had any distress nor side effects from the supplement nor any aftertaste problems. It is easy to swallow with little taste to worry about. I like it so much that I have it setup as a subscription with automatic shipments. My doctor did endorse this brand which makes me more secure with the product.
