Be warned, the reference surfaces are far from being flat. Nothing a little lapping of the flat reference surfaces on a lapping plate will not solve. Flattening the inclined surfaces (for attaching to a cylindrical object) will be much harder to lap and keep the two surface parallel. But for the price, it is worth it.
