The tech support on this item is responsive and amazing, I thought I knew a ton about NVR / IP cameras, but there usually is some little detail you can miss and the tech support really knew there stuff I was blown away will definitely be a return customer

Very reliable
Very stable, color separation is very good, remote streaming connections is quick, am presently using Hik-connect App. So far am very satisfied with the purchase, as an installer i look to find a way to ensure the most reliable equipment... so as to avoid recalls which will cost me time and money..

Only compatible with a few camera models
Could not figure it out to start with, terrible instructions and once I did, I found it is not compatible with the IP camera's we had.

Amazing for the price
Basically the same as Hikvision. Nothing different except for very minor things in the UI. But besides that it works great and I get the same features and everything as Hikvision but for a lot cheaper

Frustrating!
Very disappointed. System resets a couple times a day. Tried updating firmware but the HIKvision firmware seems to be incompatible.Left message with seller but no response! 🤦🏼♂️
