McCall'sPatterns M6017 Toddlers'/Children's Tops, Dresses, Shorts and Pants, Size CF (4-5-6)

Made this for my kid! A little difficult as a newbie to sewing but once you understand some of the wording via google translate it’s very straightforward!

I wanted a pattern for a shapely dress that was simple enough to sew in a few hours. Previous patterns were boxy and looked like I'd put a sack on my child! I've already made three dresses with this pattern and they're very cute. There are so many variations you can do with pattern choices and fabric choices.I traced mine out on posterboard so I can speed up the process of sewing each dress and protect my pattern. I'm using this pattern to help me become a faster seamstress.

Posted are 2 dresses I made from this pattern in a smaller size. The pattern is easy, cute, and allows for variety. I purchased again in a larger size the keep making dresses as my baby grows.

I thought this was not opened and just did so to sew the size six dress. What I found is that the top part of this pattern was already cut. Patterns are cut to the largest size and the smaller sizes are outlined with diminishing lines inside the larger pattern. The top of the this one was cut to the smallest size so I will basically need to "eye" and cut larger. If this was already used and not all sizes available, that should have been spelled out in the description.
