Love my iron. It’s great and iron’s perfectly alright. No adjustment needed for different materials

The only complaint is it takes a long time to heat up

It’s lightweight, and is really good and easy to use, had a Phillips before. And thought I’d give this a whirl love and would recommend it

The iron is very compact and easy to use. However, the steam button does not always send out extra steamand turbo is not much better. Disappointed.

First there are no operating instructions in the box. Getting them on line is difficult. It has no ability to control the base plate temperature so you can’t iron without steam if you wish to have clothes that look ironed.There is no steam unless you hold in the button under the handle. Steam is delivered too late and you end up with a face full of steam. Clothes are damp after ironing so you must dry your clothes twice! Not good for the electricity bill.

I do not class this as a Steam Generator iron. Yes there is steam, but in order to get it you have to keep pressure on a lever under the handle all the time. There is no means to get continuous steam at all. There is a water filter cartridge with this iron and you get 2 at the time of purchase. Cartridge needs to be replaced after 30 fillings as a cost of about £10 per cartridge. The only reason I havnt returned mine is because I'm in a very hard water area so thought the cartridge may be helpful.
