Awful taste and no matter how i try to mix it the powder never dissolves . The product isn’t as effective as it once was.Sad I used to love this product now I will be looking for something new .

I have terrible insomnia and a pharmacist introduced me to it. I have been using this product for several years and its fantastic! I mix the unflavored type with a liter and drink it thru the evening. It does have a nice calming effect with it. It has been worth the price for me. I cannot taste the unflavored type however, when I mixed the flavored with a liter, it didnt taste well and I had to take it back. If you have problems sleeping, its worth the try!

I dont use every night, just when I need a boost to help me wind down, like after a 12 hour shift etc

I thought the flavored ones were too sweet until I tried this one. It’s flavorless and odor free, but gritty and joyless. Still does the job— calms my restless legs and mind before bed. No sweetener is good; dissolves well in water, almost don’t need a spoon.

After getting recommendation for this product from a YouTube food/health vlogger, I purchased. Big mistake. I have had good results with taking melatonin magnesium gummies before bed but have been trying to get off the hormonal aspects of melatonin. I though this would be a good alternative since it is supposedly made clean, nongmo, organic, blah, blah. And is supposed to have so many different types of magnesium supplements in it. However, after following the instructions exactly and giving it 5 nights in a row, I can say that the product is worthless to me. Disappointed. And I can also say, the return process was a bit difficult. I had to go through Amazon customer service vs the regular return method due to product being opened and the pictures that were required to return. Amazon made me whole, but the whole experience was frustrating and I would not recommend this product future.
