I bought last year and haven’t alhad any problems cools really well ; it isn’t a refrigerator and you should really cool stuff first to keep temperature

Do not purchase this cool box
Anyone looking for a cool box don't buy this one . I followed the instructions then opened the lid of the box and to my surprise the box was at the same temp as when I had started , not much cooling going on there. I have emailed JTF Mega Discount Warehouse where I bought it via Amazon . Waiting on a reply , will let you all know the outcome.

Cool Box Doesn't Cool Properly as Described
I bought this cool box from this seller at eBay, despite the bad review from 18th April.Unfortunately, I found the same thing. I left it on for 2 1/2 hours and the temperature went down, but not enough to cool anything. The description says after 90 minutes the temperature will be reduced by 14 - 20 degrees, but in my case only 8 degrees after 2 1/2 hours and not cool.I am returning the item.
