The size of the spoons make it easy to get them to stand up while the chocolate is liquid. I got a cheap pack of wooden spoons and they were the same size - just right for these moulds, so you don't have to worry when you need more spoons.You do need to stand the mold on a tray or plate to move it when the chocolate is liquid, and you do need to take care that the spoons are upright - very hard to move the mold with liquid chocolate once the spoons are in.I like these - they actually made the easiest and nicest hot chocolate I have been able to make at home.Easy to add flavourings to the chocolate like orange or peppermint oil too. Great fun and made lovely presents.
