We bought this for our two new rescue cats.The very top part is not made very well and we could not secure the top part of the tower the main part and only found out when we heard and almighty crash. Thankfully no-one hurt. We used it as 2 separate towers in the end which worked well enough. It did the job.

Bought this for my daughters best friend and I was apprehensive, it was delivered before the said date and was very easy to build ( took about 15 minutes) he’s not a small cat but it is sturdy and with the wall anchor you can be sure it won’t fall over. It is bigger than I expected but for me that is a good thing, it has plenty of things to keep him busy and the hide is a good size. Would recommend to anyone.

I assembled this in less than an hour. The instructions are all pictorial but easy to follow.The hardest part is assembling the igloo which you have to do by feel. There are four posts, one at each corner that are inside the igloo so locating the screws is fiddly.I like the removable top perch cover ideaI do think the stability strap could be longerOther than that it's a great product.

Great purchase. Cat was all over it even as it was being assembled! Easy to put together, study and a really nice height for cats who love to climb and be high up. Doesn't wobble when cat is jumping on it or scratching the posts.Our cat was asleep in it within 10 minutes of it being assembled and put in place!!! We have a medium sized adult cat and the sleeping basket is plenty big enough for her and she can turn around and fit in the cave well too. Would definitely recommend.

Very simple instructions, not too difficult to assemble with two people (I believe I would have been able to manage on my own). Also easy to adjust to suit your room. Originally it was too wide to fit in the space I had made for it, but I just turned it to the side and turned the condo to face the front and it could squeeze in nicely! I imagine it would be easy to rotate the whole second platform, if I could be bothered. I also noticed that a part was missing from my order (the ball on a spring), so I messaged the seller and they sent me a replacement at no cost.

Like the product but one of the screws did not work so I emailed the address given on the instructions to say one of the screws dies not work to complete the tower and no reply. I now need to try find a screw of that exact type to complete the tower.

Both cats very pleased with this and compete with each other for the top bed which offers the best views out of the window. The box, house section is popular as well.The rope, dangling balls and ball on a spring provide a good level of stimulation. The structure is designed in a way that facilitates two cats playing together if they want to.The posts themselves are off good quality and provide my cats with ample opportunities to show off their acrobatic abilities and trim their claws in the process. Likewise the cushions are a good quality.From my perspective this item was reasonably priced and easy to put together. Im happy and so are my cats. 5*’s

I am an 88 year old woman and put the tree together all by myself. The little house is big enough for my one year old Rag Doll cat and she moved in straight away. Lots of scratching posts and sitting areas where she can survey the world. We both love it.
