Teeny Tiny Spice Co. of Vermont Organic Tolucan Chorizo Spice

Not sure if clove is a typical flavor in chorizo spice, but since I don't like clove, it is a bit off-putting to me.

I can't imagine the other reviewers had the same problem I had - crunchy, gritty silica or very fine sand made this impossible to enjoy. They couldn't have missed it. Hopefully, this was just mine. I'll re-post when I try the replacement I'll order next week. The flavor was great - I was looking forward to cholizo con huevos without the grease. Very mild and different without the Mexican chorizo grease, but the flavor comes through just fine (until I got that CRUNCH and forgot anything about flavor). I'll add a little chili powder and/or cayenne to bring it up to speed if you like it hot. Maybe avoid ordering this until I update this post, because I will be trying again!

love these spice blends! i home cook 95% of our meals, and I use these as a form as "fast food".

Love this spice great in chili or to make tacos it spices the meat with lots of flavour and a little heat.
