This is FULL of great resources and I LOVE that it has outlines for 54 Bible Lessons. You could take children through the Bible in a year with these lessons. I know a pastor who uses this Bible for his preaching Bible. Also, a international class Bible teacher who uses this Bible for teaching his class.The middle section actually has notes for children's ministry teacher training - you can use for your personal training or for training a group of teachers in your church.

I work in Awana and am a Children's Ministry Co-Leader. I was super excited to finally get this Bible. It has wonderful lessons throughout the Bible which all point and Invitation for the kids to come to Christ. Even the stories that wouldn't normally be seen as ones that have a Gospel Message, the lesson writers bring it about to Christ. The pronunciation pages in the back and in the margins of the Bible are awesome !! It's so nice to be able to say the names properly instead of guessing. There are many little fun extras throughout this Bible that help teachers be able to teach on a deeper level and be able to explain to kids why certain things are in the Bible. I am seeing the Bible in a whole new understanding light which is great since I have been a Christian for 32 years. It makes it easy to explain and teach from the little ones to the bigger kids as well. Almost every page is packed with things to enhance your teaching and to guide the kids to a deeper understanding of God's word. This is worth every penny you will spend to buy it. It is one of the best investments I have made.

This wonderful Bible is packed full of resources for those who childhood Christian Education and is a great tool for pastor's because a large percentage of the people in the congregation are little people!This Bible has 104 outlines for children's Bible lessons that will take a child through the entire Bible. The lessons are written by Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) instructors. CEF has 75 years of experience in childhood ministry and they are the best in the field!Also, in the center of the Bible is several topics for training the teacher in childhood ministry. These topics could be used to lead teacher training classes in a church setting.That is just the beginning of the wonderful tools that this Bible is packed full of.Your only complaint will be the small print of the scripture - unfortunately, to keep the Bible in one handy volume, the print is tiny. Some folks may object to the NKJV as the only translation. I would recommend that you have other translations available for the children to read from but don't let that detail keep you from purchasing this treasure of a resource for Children's Ministry.

This is an amazing resource for anyone who teaches children Biblical teachings. It is a Bible along with extra pages that include actual Bible lessons to teach. There are lessons throughout the entire Bible. It also has info on the basic doctrines and many other Bible topics of importance for training children. It also includes information for teachers on how to teach children applying it to their ages. It is a must have resource for teaching in children's Ministries. I have my own and bought this one to pass along.
