A must have for portable printing
This is an excellent printer for what it does. Although the printing isn't always even, for a portable printer that you don't need to worry about ink drying out, it is fabulous. The blue-tooth works great and with the PrintHand App from the Google Play Store, I can print directly from my Android Device. The only negative is that it doesn't print in landscape mode. (I have an early generation, so they may have fixed that, not sure)>

Life-saver for the constant traveler
Great product. I needed to get a printer that traveled well and didnt take up too much room. This was it! It doesnt print as well as a desktop or laser printer but it is perfect for the business traveler that needs to print a quick report or map, etc. The paper comes in a little roller cartridge so you have to tear the sheet off after printing (think seran-wrap style!) The bonus is NO INK CARTRIDGES EVER and the blue-tooth connectivity. Got a smartphone? If you use it like we do, recieving emails, and able to get into cloud servers it is WAY easy to open documents and print what you need via bluetooth-to-printer connectivity.

DO NOT BUY - Rip Off
Hate it. Doen't work out of the poackage. Have to go to Planon website to get drivers. Install the drivers properly and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. Worthless. An expensive paperweight. Repeated attempts to contact Planon Technical Support continue to get NO RESPONSE. Onl;ine Chat - DOESN't WORK, EMAIL-NO RTESPONSE, PHONE - NO ANSWER Do NOT BUY

NO DRIVERS WORK SO IT DOES NOT PRINT!!!
This product does not work as advertised. The drivers currently on the disk that came with the product are outdated. They do not work to install the printer on any of my computers or laptops which are running windows 8.0 or 8.1 OS. PLEASE don't waste your time or money if you are looking for something that works with any new version of windows. I went online and downloaded the current drivers that are supposed to work for windows 8.0 and that did not work either. There is no customer support just a recording.
