Great gloves....

I like these gloves because they completely protect from the fire, but they are flexible and comfortable to use....unlike some others that I've had which were very stiff. I also like the length.... they protect my lower arms as well as my hands.

Fit great, comfortable and definitely heat resistant. I use the for our fire place and I can stick my hands into the fireplace or grab a coal that falls out without any problems. I feel no heat and the gloves don’t burn. Makes me feel very safe.

I burn wood in my fireplace every year. Usually use a coal shovel or just throw a piece in. With the gloves, I can just set it righ where I want. Nice gloves

I have large hands and they fit comfortably. I keep them in a basket by the fireplace. Great to handle large burning logs needing to be moved. I also use them to comfortably load firewood. No slivers!

We have a top-loading woodburner. I wear these gloves to fill the fire box multiple times a day and they offer excellent protection. Highly recommend.

I tried WZQH brand (item B07RX7TNBY) because they looked like the ones I bought 3 years ago, but they weren't big enough for my XXL hands. These are not roomy, but they're big enough. They look flashier, too. Main difference seems to be a thin aluminum sheet, so these MAY be better for holding heavy hot things and the others MAY be better for being near (but not holding) really hot things. Conduction vs. radiation?? If you don't have really big hands you probably won't love these.UPDATE: Second pair wasn't large enough for me. Exchanged the second pair for a third pair and they were larger but the right hand wasn't as loose as the left. You might have to try a few times to get the size you like if they are as variable as these two pair suggest and if your hands are larger or smaller than most.

High quality item the only downside the fingers are a bit snug on my hands and I am a woman
