Inkblot: Drip, Splat, and Squish Your Way to Creativity

Inkblot Upon the receipt of this book, I called my daughter to "come" take a look. She was on oneside of the desk and I was one the other. We spent an hour not only enjoying the instructions and writings within, but we giggled, laughed and constantly came up with "captions" for each inkblot. I had looked through the book the normal way, but looking at it "upside" down, I had a total different experience with each inkblot.This book takes the mind of the young and the old to new heights in imagination. I found that each inkblot could tell a story, whether humorous (which most of mine were) to a romantic encounter with perhaps sea creatures, or a childrens encounter with the "loving" or "couriously shy" dragon It is a great fun book for all ages.

This book has all the info needed to get started doing some cool ink blots ... this author has youtube videos also ...

This is a wonderfully creative book that really opens the reader's mind to possibilities with art. We run a healing arts program and intend to use some of the ideas in this book as a springboard to begin using ink blot art for healing with cancer patients and others.Glad we purchased it. Our artists are enjoying experimenting with ink.

Not as engaging as I'd hoped.

I have actually used this book for creative projects in a hospital/care facility, there is something therapeutic about the ink blot, it can be as simple or involved as you would like to make it, neat idea.

This book is fabulous! Fun to just look at- real eye candy. I've ordered a new journal to dedicate to ink blots. Every teacher should have one in the class room. Every parent should have one for rainy days and temper tantrums!

Came in great shape. Very instructive and fun to do!

Havent used the book in a class yet but I love all the amazing ideas in the book. It has great how to do instructions as well
