Really. Leave it to the professionals. I've a good education and high interest but this deeply esoteric, granular as they say nowadays, is gobbleydegook to me.

The product, itself, was useful. However, the item was damaged. It is hard to determine if it was damaged in the mailbox, or if it was damaged in transfer between facilities, but it was ultimately damaged.
