Followed directions written on micro print in the manual that comes in the box (get a magnifying glass) the instructions seem simple but don't tell you anything about getting a verification code that I assume is sent to you once you register for an account. 3 email-used longons tries later and no code ever came, and the device doesn't show up on bluetooth. Don't buy.

Did not work and my security software labeled it as unsafe. Would not pair with lock...throwing it away.

This device kept popping open so the battery would fall out. Of course it doesn't work if the battery isn't in it. It is promising, but the design is flawed. I reached out the maker and have yet to receive any support. It is a waste of money. I ended up throwing it away. It is a very sad thing because it would be such a simple fix.

I bought it for my husband who was always losing his keys or phone. This is really helpful for him to find either. It works like Tile but at a fraction of Tile's price.

I purchased this to use on my cats but it’s a little to big for the collars!

They work for a week at best

I really loved this product! The color is super cute! I couldn't find my phone last weekend and the only reason I was able to leave on time was because of this guy :) I would really recommend it! It even comes with a cute little hook that you can attach to your keys for easy storing! Great product!

Doesn't even turn on. What a joke.
