If you have two 10mm sockets and socket wrenches for the sockets (a wrench won't do) this will take less than a minute. Tighten but don't over-tighten and you will be good. They are light weigh, so I hope they hold up (it would be very bad if they didn't) but so far, so good. essential for using a Pit Bull type stand to adjust your chain and other maintenance.
