Rhytsing Ivory 10" Flameless Taper Candles with Timer, Battery Operated Dinner Candles, Push-Activated, Wax Drip, Warm White Light, Remote & 10 Batteries Included - Set of 5

I am writing this review for several reasons: 1) I just LOVE these candles; 2) I so appreciate when others take the time to do reviews and upload photos that we all, as potential buyers, rely on; 3) I am hoping to help others, like me, find a solution to not being able to use electric candles in windows once you have shutters put in place.I have purchased/tried so many different candles, and none of them worked out until I got these. Many of the candles I purchased in the past had limited glow from the street, you could barely see the light. Especially in comparison to the most beautiful bright white glow from the electric candles that I used in my windows at the holidays for many years in the past, but were rendered useless once I had permanent plantation shutters installed. That is because the track for the shutters takes up ½ of the window sill. And you couldn’t close the shutters because of the wire running down the back to the outlet. These candles, however, along with some small candlestick holders I found in a thrift store, were the perfect solution. I love the soft warm glow of the light of the candles, and I love how snug the fit is with the candlestick into the regular size holder/no wobbling around. One hint, don’t be like me and buy the candlestick holder just hoping it will fit the candlestick and fit into the small space in the window; take a candlestick with you when you shop for the holder. I did luck out and am so pleased with the purchase. I’ve attached photos of the candles from the outside, the small holders I purchased at the thrift store that fit so well with these and my shutters in that small space, and a closeup of the candle inside in the holder.The only negative which I did not take any stars off for was the cardboard box the candles came in had some water damage, but the candles inside were wrapped so well and in perfect shape so it did not take way from the quality in any way.

Excellent candles and so affordable!! I ordered these for my chandelier and they work perfectly. Of course they look like an LED and not an actual flame, but that's the point. A warm glow that lights an area very effectively. The remote is a great feature as I prefer to turn them on and off when I want. I highly recommend the company for their customer support and care! We'll made and very easy to use. They have such a lovely look too them. I really loved the details like the drops on the sides. The wax was actual candles was amd they flickered nicely and you could change the speed of the flicker. They were used next to my daughter's wedding cake (that I made) and we couldn't have flames because the wedding was in a state park. These were perfect for the occasion! Would absolutely recommend!

These are fabulous candles and easy to use. You don’t need to be removed from holder to turn on. They come packaged securely however I ordered the red and the wax melted all over the battery insert….so don’t order when it’s hot outside!

These candles will not hold a charge. I have 9 in a Menorah, and 4 in candlelabras on the dining room table. I do not use them anymore for light as I cannot afford to change the batteries as often as I need to to keep them lighted. A lot of money wasted. I would never buy Rhytsing candles ever again. "MONEY WASTED".They looked beautiful and lighted well for just a little while. Then went down from there. I changedbatteries twice but no more.

I seriously loved these! I bought 3 boxes at a great price! I used these as part of my Halloween decor inside and out ...and they came WITH batteries!..which was so awesome. They lasted the whole month of October (on a 6 hour timer every night) and even withstood a little rain and moisture. The inner piece does come out of the realistic wax outer shell. I attached fishing line with some scotch tape and hung them. I love the flicker and even more ..it's always convenient with a remote!

Oh wow! I really like these candles! They are packaged well and elegantly. That’s always nice! And they have a nice color ....just a bit off white... and waxy feel. The flame is not terribly authentic but it really can’t be , can it? It does have a very nice glow, tho’ and they have a unique battery on/off by pushing down on the flame of each candle which works quite well, OR you can use the remote and that is very handy as no matter how many candles you purchase they all work on one remote. But you have to be in close proximity so theoretically you cou,d turn some on and not others ( I have done this) ! I am planning to get more!

They look so real! Because they are actually wax 😉Found out when cat tipped it over and a piece of candle broke off. Melted it back on.

This set was not cheap but it is a very good collection of led operated candles that closely mimic the real wax candles. We bought these to add to some table Christmas decorations, created by the children. The spare ones ended up in a chandelier. It all looks quite impressive. We opted for fake candles as some of us are asthmatic and we don’t want real candles burning in the house, also because of the fire risk with young children around.We choose these candles specifically as the exterior is made of dripping wax, which gives them a little bit of a realistic look. The flame is plastic and less life-like. However when switched on, you can set it to a slight flickering mode, so that that it comes closer to the real candlelight. The candles can be timed to be on for 4 to 8 hours. This works all well, that the candles don't shine very bright. Also it would have been better you could control the candles with your mobile phone, certainly given the price.The candle set comes with 10 pre-supplied batteries, each candle takes 2 AAA batteries.The tiny remote is similar to quite a few other battery operated led lamps we have. And it doesn’t interfere with any to hem.Like a regular candle, these led candles are quite sturdy but will dent if you topple them or accidently hit them.For that reason they come very well packaged in a protective box wrapped individual in paper and a plastic foam casing.I recommend them, but perhaps you can buy them on the cheap out of season - I’m a firm believer in the ‘straw hat in winter principle’ and was forced to abandon that this time.

The media could not be loaded. These candles look great and has a slight flicker once on. Clicks on and off. Check the underside of the styrofoam for the batteries and remote!!!
