JHR The Waterproof Country Dog Walking Boots Wide Calf & Standard Calf

I ordered these boots in a wide calf fitting ,however this meant that the ankle was too loose and I was concerned that the heels would rub.Sadly I had return the boots. The refund service was excellent and a No Quibble policy is always appreciated

These boots were really good quality and looked lovely. However, because I am quite slightly built, I ordered the standard calf width which were very narrow in both the foot and calf. They were extremely tight so I struggled to get them on and they would have been very uncomfortable to wear. I returned them and received a full refund very quickly.

I bought these for my partner as we walk a lot in the country(that’s the joy of having a springer in the family) she loves them, she’s had other boots for our adventures but these are really good boots hard wearing and waterproof so they tick all the boxes and I got brownie points for buying the right ones so it’s win win thanks.

I really LOVE these boots. I got the size 7 standard calf (EU size 41). They did cause blisters on their first outing but I'm so glad that I tried elasticated heel protectors the next time. No problem now. Walk miles in them.

I had an ankle operation last year and needed more support for walking than your average welly boot. So looked at these and I have to say they are brilliant and perfect for what I need. Waterproof, breathable, sturdy boots. I’m enjoying getting out and about in them.

It is really too early to say but much more stiff than toggis I bought 5 years ago. Only time will tell when I have broken themin

My mrs has been wearing these for over a year for general use and walking the dog and still as good as the day we got them and getting a good “worn” look
