Review: Great lighting kit, excellent customer service when a part failed - Review: I’ve really liked the overall look and performance of the OPT7 Aura Pro underglow kit once installed. The lights are bright, colors are vivid, and the app gives a lot of flexibility with modes and customization. It definitely adds a clean, high-end look. The only issue I ran into was that one part failed after installation (the control box/connection began acting up), which was frustrating after taking the time to install everything. From OPT7’s own troubleshooting info, control box issues can happen and are a known replacement item when certain light indicators appear.  That said, customer service was very responsive and helpful in working toward a solution, which made a big difference. They handled the failed part professionally and were easy to work with, so I appreciated that a lot. Overall: great product visually, and even though I had one component fail, good customer support helped make it right. I’d still recommend it, especially if you want a strong underglow setup with solid color options and features.

Review: I’ve really liked the overall look and performance of the OPT7 Aura Pro underglow kit once installed. The lights are bright, colors are vivid, and the app gives a lot of flexibility with modes and customization. It definitely adds a clean, high-end look. The only issue I ran into was that one part failed after installation (the control box/connection began acting up), which was frustrating after taking the time to install everything. From OPT7’s own troubleshooting info, control box issues can happen and are a known replacement item when certain light indicators appear.  That said, customer service was very responsive and helpful in working toward a solution, which made a big difference. They handled the failed part professionally and were easy to work with, so I appreciated that a lot. Awesome set of lights! Just be sure to take your time when routing wires. My maiden voyage they got destroyed. Wires got caught in the drive shift. Thought I could fix them but the wires were ripped violently from the light... sad face
