Very good rope to add to your home or travel workout routine!

I am writing another review (7th Oct 14) on this product.After i did a review on this product, i got contact from customer service to try to understand the issue around the product. This is a good sign of innovative company that does care about the product they are selling and not in the business to rip you off after one purchase. They are willing to refund the product even thought the cost of the product is not high.I am recommending to buy from this company if you find the product you are looking for. The company does care about the customer unlike other similar companies i have experience with.For me, i don't think this product suits with my needs. I am happy with my Rage II rope regarding to the weight of the rope and the way it hits the floor. But it does not have the ball bearing option and easy adjustable length to suit your height.WOD has both options i am looking for but the size of the cable is too small for me. i want something that has a weight to it. WOD is built to last but does not give the weight i want. This is based on personal preference. I do really like to ball bearing and easy adjustable length options in which you can't find in other similar product.If WOD has the product that suits my need in the future, i will definitely buy from them. I am quite happy with their customer service department. I think her name is Kat.My previous review:the cable is too rigid. Does not give the weight i want. I would prefer the flexible rope.

Feb 11th 2015. I bought this Jump rope based on customer reviews. The first time I used it, it was awesome. It was fast and I was able to do doubles easily. Nevertheless, I noticed that the plastic cover was seriously damaged after 30 minutes. The second time, a big portion of the plastic cover disappeared due to the friction against the floor. The third time, it was horrible, the wire started to break apart and a lot of spikes appeared. I missed a couple of jumps and it got hooked to my pants and hurt my legs. I don't recommend this product at all.UPDATE Feb 16th 2015. I'm changing my one star review to a 4 star review for the following reasons.1. The people for customer service contacted me after they saw my review. They issued a full refund and send me a new rope. They were so kind and explained to me that the rope cannot be used on concrete floor.2. I must admit that I used it on concrete. Nevertheless, there's no information in the product description warning about the type of surfaces where the jump rope can be used.In summary, this is a great product, DON'T use it on concrete floor. Customer service is amazing!!! I'd give it 5 stars if they had a disclaimer saying "Do not use it on concrete floor". Other than that, you can rest assured that you are buying a great rope.

This is my first review, so I will try to keep it objective and informative. I have had this rope just over a month now, and I have used it almost every day.Pros:I have used many different types of jump ropes over the years in my relentless quest to reach 100 unbroken double-unders, and I can now say that I have found my Holy Grail. This rope is both durable and extremely smooth in its rotation. The weight of the cable is perfect; it weighs enough to give you the inertia you need to spin the rope without over-emphasizing the movement of your arms, but it isn't too heavy. The cable is very easy to size, and the compression devices used to position the maximum length of the cable are easily adjusted with either fingers or screwdrivers, which allows you to adjust them on the fly without having to carry a screwdriver around. Additionally, the cable was very easy to trim with common wire cutters, and once you are comfortable with the sizing, I highly recommend this. Finally, the bearing system allows movement over both the horizontal and vertical axis, which is essential for stability once you start becoming tired. I have never seen this on a bearing speed rope before, and now that I have used it, I can't imagine using anything else.Cons:None, but I am really perplexed at the inclusion of a carrying bag instead of instructions on how to reliably size the rope.

Not seriously. I really just wanted a rope that I could train on and not have to worry about getting variations every time I grabbed a rope of the gym's collection. The rope has thumb screws on both sides so you can make small adjustments on the fly without the need for any tools. Once you get the "perfect" length you can either leave it just like it is or depending on how much "slack" you have added you can clip off the ends. I decided to leave my rope uncut so if one of my taller friends wants to try it they can. The screws if tightened enough "cinch" the rope just enough so that you can "find" your sweet spot again without too much trouble should you adjust it for someone else temporarily.The bag is nice, it's a bag, the rope fits in it. IT says WOD Fitters on it which is neat I guess. The rope spins fast, faster than your super cheap to make self-cut ropes you see most boxes have hanging on the walls. The cable does hit harder when you miss but it also spins faster so it's a trade-off. It's a perfectly competent jump rope, I see no reason why someone should spend 2-3x as much on a rogue brand rope.

These were not what i expected. If i had known what a super fast rope was i would not have bought them. The "rope" is a very thin cable and the handles very light plastic. I have given 3 stars because i still feel they are not worth the money. I bought another brand and it was classed as a fast rope, and was much better quality and much more usable for someone of my ability.
