This is one of my favorite relaxers. It doesn’t burn your hair and it does a nice, gentle relax, compared to some of the other ones that burn my hair. I also don’t have to leave it on very long 10 to 15 minutes. It does its job.

Gentle Treatment is one of the few perms I use that doesn't damage my hair. I hadn't been able to find it at the hair supply stores, so I ordered it online. By mistake I ordered the professional use only Gentle Treatment Relaxer that only includes the instructions, activator, stick for mixing and plastic gloves.

This time the constitution didn’t look right. I followed directions, but felt that I had better wash it out immediately, and I’m glad that I did. I couldn’t believe how straight my hair was after an immediate wash and rinse and I had a minor burn near my temple from a very little that had touched my face. Perhaps it was a bad batch, but I decided that I can comfortably do without relaxers and still look nice. I suggest that if you use one to do a test strand first.
