Pretty & Practical
I wanted to do a review for others with what might be called a "wiry build" , since I didn't many reviews from someone similar to my body size. I'm 5'7', 115pds, 34x24x34, lean athletic build, bought Stone Green & Columbia Navy in an XS. The sizing on these jackets is very generous, to me it fits 1 to even 1.5 sizes too big, but the cut makes it fit nicely. It's not fitted anywhere, but is a nice relaxed shape that doesn't "balloon out" from the body, and the drawstring at the bottom hem allows you to cinch it in as much as you'd like. In my photo, the bottom is cinched in ~2", without this it flares noticeably outward & away from my lower body. The length of the jacket is perfect for me, hits slightly high but still hip level, and sleeves are long enough to reach past my wrist bone as I type this review. Nothing rides up or shows anything when I raise my hands above my head. The colors are really lovely, but they aren't what I would call vibrant or saturated- they look more or less as they do on the screen, there is a certain flatness. That being said, the Stone Green surprised me, it's a really gorgeous silvery sage green that I LOVE, not dead drab green as I was worried it might be. The Columbia Blue is as others have described, it's not a true navy, but more a medium slightly washed out denim blue with the slightest bit of green to it. Definitely not navy, but not teal either. The pictures listed for the color are most accurately represented in the photos of the plus size model, IMO. Being familiar with this brand, I knew this. BUT if you're looking for traditional navy, go with Dark Nocturnal instead. Fabric is medium thickness, somewhat stiff, no stretch, blocks wind well. There is some drape in these jackets but not much; it's very reminiscent of the polar fleece from the 80's & 90's- not built to look luxe like an Osito jacket, but will handle wear and tear beautifully (while standing away from your body a bit due to stiffness). It's warm, but I don't think it would hold up alone in much less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit, or if you were in extremely "wet cold" conditions. Overall, it is a wonderful option if you just need a reliable fleece that holds up well to wear, has some nice color options, & won't break your heart if it gets ruined doing outdoor activities or playing with kids, etc. Really can't find a better option at this price, so if you're on the fence, I would say buy it. Just size down!!!

Soft & comfortable
This is my third Columbia fleece jacket. All are 100% polyester They are very soft initial but over the years and through washings start to have a rougher feel. They remain warm. If you enlarge the pics I posted, you can see how smooth the newest one is (black label) compared to the others. I wear them as an outer layer indoors in the winter as we keep the temp a bit cool to save money. For outdoors, I often add just a windbreaker to keep the warmth in. I love the zippered pockets and the collar that can be flipped up for neck warmth. I don’t like the brand logo. The black label is my recent buy. They use this black one for all the jackets. Cheaper to use the same one. It’s probably better than the white label on the jacket I bought in Jan 2021. It’s gotten a bit dirty looking around the edges. My favorite is the oldest version that actually has the brand name embroidered. Very classy looking. Can’t remember when I got that first one. It’s still comfortable & warm and not threadbare. I won’t take off a star for the ugly label. I’ve read some complaints about it being boxy looking but I disagree. There are seams along the front and I like the look. The raglan sleeves provide a nice fit for various shoulder widths. Overall, great fleece jacket.

Ready for Spring!
Super nice color. I own a few of these jackets and find them so versatile. In Winter, I sometimes wear them in the house vs a sweater. They are lightweight but warm. In Spring, Summer and Fall, they are a work horse. I love they are sporty for the gym, a grab and go for errands with jeans or an extra layer on days when a little bit of extra warmth is needed. This color is a powder blue with a dash or light periwinkle. A great color for a cool Summer's night near the ocean. The value is excellent and the the manuf is a proven winner. I should have sized down to my regular SM but I chose the medium for layering which is still a bit large. My pet peeve are short sleeve length which was another factor to favor a MED. I easily could have squeaked by with the SM but I am ok with the extra length. Next purchase I will size down. (for ref. 5'6 118 lbs with long limbs)

Nice for the Price
I wouldn't say that this jacket is sufficient for cold winter days. For fall and spring it would fit the bill. It's true to size except the sleeves are a bit long (in my case). I like the zippered deep outer pockets. There are also inner pockets. The closure zipper itself is sturdy and easy to use. The garment is soft, attractive and well made. Not only do I like the jacket for transitional weather, but it also provides lightweight warmth when I feel a bit chilly indoors. Price varies by color selection so keep that in mind.

Well Worth it!
I was looking for a lightweight jacket in a black color to go with more of my clothes (and not show dirt like some colors!). I've had a Columbia jacket before, so I knew that it would probably hold up well. I was not disappointed - it's a fine jacket! It is that though - a jacket. I'd say that the best times to use it would be in the late fall to early spring. It is fine for winter and will keep you warm, unless there's a lot of cold sharp wind. Where I live, the average "winter" temperature is probably in the 30s. The jacket was lacking on a few occasions and I found myself wishing for my heavier coat. However, for basic outdoor use, town trips and general everyday wear, I think it works just fine. It keeps me warm indoors and comfortable outdoors - although I think it is better suited for cool days rather than cold ones. For an idea of how warm you'll be - think "heavy sweatshirt." Some reviews stated that it had issues with static. I'm no fan of static, so that bothered me a little. It does have some, but it stays in the jacket. When you take the jacket off, off goes the static (for the most part). But really, what could be expected? It is fleece. Fleece just does that sometimes. As to the fit - it probably runs a little small. I wear a medium in tees and a M to L in most other shirts. I ordered a large in the jacket, and it fits fine with some extra room to boot, but not enough that it's sloppy looking. Overall, it's very nice, and I'm quite happy with it!

Columbia quality
Very light but warm jacket. Size is accurate. I typically wear a medium to large depending on the brand. I like my jackets a bit loser so I can layer. I ordered the large and it's perfect. The blue is exactly as pictured. Good room in pockets and the zippers are sturdy. Soft material. I have ordered cheaper brands but always come back to Columbia. For the price it can't be beat.

Runs large
I was looking for something that would keep me warm and still have a nice flattering cut. Not sure whether its because the size runs big or not but it was very loose with no shape. I ordered an XL I am 175cm and have have a 42inch/106cm bust and similar hip and it just hung on me. The blue colour is a little stronger than in the photo too. Product 4 stars but fit 2 stars makes my 3 stars Otherwise a nice product and quick delivery.
