Will this work on 4" tiles?

I use this product on 6"x8" or 10" tiles and it works very well. I rated the product at 5, especially because the suction lasts a long time before needing a reset. BUT: It does not work in my shower with 4.25"x4.25" tiles, because of grout lines. I see all the conflicting answers. I wonder why I do not see the authoritative answer by the seller/manufacturer! There is something wrong.

how long does it stay on the wall once secured?

The Mommy's Helper Safer Grip holds securely to the wall extremely well! The 'MHI Safe-ER-Grip, 17" grip, does not. I included both in my Amazon order. I wish I had bought two of the Mommy's Helper 11.5" grips, as they are always tight and secure to the tile bathroom wall.

will this work on a regular wall to help get out of a low bed?

Hi There, this item was designed to work on tile, not drywall or wood. The tile squares should be at least 4" squares. Both this item and the 16.5" handle work well to assist by placing one on the wall and one on the tub.
