Will this work with the Neutrogena light therapy mask?

Yes! I bought it for the Neutrogena light therapy mask and it works perfectly. You’ll need to set a timer, because it will not go off after a certain amount of time like the neutrogena one does.

How long does it take to recharge it?

I’ve never timed it but it seems to me it’s comparable to recharging a phone. It holds its charge for a long time. I haven’t had any problems with it and it’s a good investment.

Does use of this activator have a timer function of 10 minutes for the treatment with automatic shutoff of the device?

The device does not have a timer and does not automatically shut off.

Can this be used for the neutrogena light therapy spot treatment wand?

I have the wand and it does not look like you can use it on that. It seems like the wand is unlimited uses already anyway there is no counter on it. From what I can see all you have to do is change the batteries when they run low. It takes 2 triple a batteries. All you have to do is unscrew the bottom and exchange the batteries and put it back together. Hope this helps you out.
