Mine was missing the hand warmer hole.Update: I was able to get a replacement mailed within the same week. Thank goodness my product was still within the return window. It was a bit smaller but did have the hand warmer. Great customer service.

Adorable! My granddaughter loved it! It's very soft and works very well as a hand- muff in winter. Came very quickly, also. The blanket inside is okay for over her lap in the car, or while sitting somewhere. I would definitely recommend as a gift for child that likes stuffed animals.

It came with all of its listed details. Cute little feet. Hand warmer and blanket. When the blanket is removed it’s a little flat but it makes for a better pillow when it is. I took the blanket out and used it as a bag one day and wore it on my arm while it was filled with my stuff, over all it’s decent quality and I would buy it for a friend.
