Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Ready-to-Read Level 1 (Robin Hill School)

It is a very good one if you are trying to explain to your kidos in a simple way how there are people that can make a change and what is the meaning of a dream.. Love it, for my 6 year old it was perfect, for my 4 years old a little difficult.

I teach Kindergarten so I needed an easy to understand, yet accurate book on Martin Luther King, Jr. and this book was perfect for them. We do a very cute "I have a dream" paper along with this book.

I would definitely recommend this book to any parents with young children under five . This was nice short story to talk about Martin Luther King Jr dreams in a short introduction to what he stood for.

Loved using this as a reader with my students. They enjoyed reading it and it gave us great things to talk about after.

My 5 yr old was able to read it with ease, short and easy. Did not teach amny details about MLK Jr himself, but described what he stood for.

The story is presented in a very simple manner. It is easy to comprehend by the little ones. I recommend this book to preschool teachers.

My 5 year old students loved this book and it really helped to get the message of MLK Day across!

I like how the author uses kids to tell the story. Kids are more ready to listen when they see kids in a story.
